About BIARA

BIARA is a project of Infinitus R&D Ltd for developing a semantically enriched archive of projects for European donor programs on national and international level, funded by the Operational Program "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, Grant Agreement BG16RFOP002-1.002-0392-C01.

BIARA is a web-based library archive with databases and an analytic module for projects funded through EU grant programs. This library sums up data from various sources and significantly alleviates the analytical processes involved in implementing European program initiatives. Utilizing the modern methods of collecting, managing, searching, analysing and visualizing databases, BIARA offers an integrated solution for access to an unique database and user-friendly predefined individual and comparative analyses in multidimensional incisions.
